From Helsinki-Vantaa International Airport:
There are over 30 direct departures daily from the airport to Lahti. The buses leave from platform 1 and you are able to buy your ticket in the bus. The travel time is only 1h 25 minutes and a one way ticket costs approximately FIM 86. The bus will stop very near by the hotels Salpaus, Musta Kissa, Alex Park and Lahti Hotel. Tell the driver the hotel you are going to and she/he will stop at the nearest bus stop.

From the City of Helsinki:
There are 40 departures from Helsinki City Bus Station to Lahti every day. The bus station is located in the city centre, near the railway station. The buses leave from platform 9 and the travel time is 1h 35 minutes. A one way ticket costs about FIM 97. Again, remember to tell the hotel you are going to.

By train:
There are over 20 train services to Lahti from the Central railway station in Helsinki. The journey takes about 1h 35 min and you are requested to by your tickets at the station. A return ticket costs about FIM 130. There is a direct bus service from the airport to the railway station. From Lahti railway station it is 200 meters to the nearest Conference Hotel Salpaus.
